Booking Process
We believe that transparency represents the foundation in establishing a trustful and long lasting relationship with our customers! We have outlined below the key points of our booking process so that you are able to easily access it at anytime.
In these booking conditions, reference to ‘you’ means all persons in your party, ‘we’ means Enjoying Italy Ltd.

Making Your Booking
You can book your services via e-mail, on the telephone, or by completing the Booking Form. Thanks to the excellent relationship established with our suppliers, tours and transfers are confirmed immediately 99% of the time for the date you requested. However, we reserve the right to check the availability before confirming it to you in writing. We will provide an alternative date in case the tour is not available. Once booked, you will receive our confirmation invoice from the Enjoying Italy PayPal account. Alternatively, we can provide our bank details in case you prefer to do a bank wire transfer.
Our booking process consists of the following steps:
- Book the tour via email, on the phone, or by completing our Enquiry Form
- We will check the availability and send you a written confirmation (*)
- We will send you a PayPal invoice that you can pay either by credit/debit card, or by wire transfer
- Once received the payment, a confirmation invoice will be sent outlining the details of the tour
- The tour is booked
Your Confirmation
Credit/Debit Card Payment
If you pay by credit/debit card using the PayPal system, the confirmation invoice will be forwarded within 24 hours.
Bank Wire Transfer
If you pay by bank wire transfer, we will send you the confirmation invoice within 24 hours upon receiving the payment in our bank account. Please allow yourself enough time to make sure the payment is received within three days from the date in which the tour is taking place.
Payments
To make the procedure easier, we charge the full amount at time of booking. Your voucher will follow within 24 hours upon receiving the payment in our bank account.
Cards We Accept
You can pay with any card accepted by PayPal: Visa, Delta, Electron, MasterCard, EuroCard, Maestro and Solo. We also accept AMEX though there is a 2% surcharge applied. All other cards incur no charge.
Currencies
We only accept £ Pounds Sterling (GBP) for both online payments and bank wire transfers.
