Cooking class on the Sorrento hills
"It was an outstanding experience. Carmen has put together great recipes and an winning cooking day. We will hear Carmen's voice each time we cook with the recipes you taught us. Cooking with you, was such a great experience. Thank you for shaving your time, knowledge and smile with us".
"Carmen was amazing and her cooking class was fun and informative. She was easy to understand, and had a great sense of humor which made all of us of feel relaxed and comfortable. The menus were not difficult to create, and I have already made some of them since our return home. I would love to take more classes with Carmen... She's a joy!"
Cooking class in Tuscany
"What a wonderful day! I felt like a princess for all day everyone took care of us from the driver to the chefs at the castle. The driver was on time for the pick up and his majesty in driving trough the hills was amazing. Once arrived at the castle an hostess was waiting for us and conducted us to the professional kitchen where all the fresh ingredients were ready for us. The lesson was acknowledgeable and I remember precisely the recipes so I can try it at home for my guests.
We visited the historic cellars and tasted some of their wines during our three courses lunch in the garden of the courtyard.
The day was relaxing and absolutely enjoyable with professional staff and overwhelming food and wines. This is exactly what I was wishing from my holiday in Tuscany. Go for it because it is a very perfect day!"

Amalfi coast tour
"What an excursions! The driver was on time and waiting for us at our hotel, he drove carefully and we could enjoy all the trip. The coast is wonderful! The sea was light blue, the sky clear and the sun absolutely yellow and what we have just done was enjoying the atmosphere and the uneven coast.
They took us to a lovely restaurant where we had lunch and in the afternoon we discovered the famous Positano and we were not disappointed at all. Fantastic and in such a Mediterranean style!
