The lead party member is responsible for ensuring that all other party members are aware of the content of our Privacy Policy and consent to you acting on their behalf in all your dealings with us.

We do not pass your information to third parties for marketing purposes. We only pass information relevant to the services you have requested i.e. an overseas supplier.

We securely store your and any other persons’ information relating to your booking for our own marketing purposes, and from time to time you may receive offers relating to a special event or information on one of our products.

At any time and by any communication means you can un-subscribe from these communications by simply requesting to be un-subscribed from all or some of our marketing correspondence and product information. On each request form on our website you will be given the opportunity to opt out from receiving further information relating to our products.
