The luxury villa is just 1,5kms far from the centre of Sorrento and only 800mts far from the beach of Marina di Puolo with bar and restaurants. Villa Maria is the ideal place to spend a holiday in your private vacation villa with all the comforts and services of a five stars hotel.
On request the villa staff can arrange for you typical Italian breakfast or have a chef cooking for you many specialties. In alternative you can do everything by your self in the nice and well equipped kitchen. A selection of wines awaits for you and the panoramic and spacious bedrooms will be the place of your full relax.
Inside villa: the villa is divided in three floors.
Entrance floor: large and panoramic patio equipped with table and chairs, sitting room with sofas, table, chairs, satellite television, stereo, access to the balcony sea view, kitchen with fridge, freezer, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, American and Italian coffee machine, ice machine, access to the garden with barbecue and pizza oven.
Lower floor: reserved to the staff.
Upper floor: double bedroom with air conditioning, access to the balcony sea view, en suite bathroom with multi function shower, twin bedroom with air conditioning and access to the balcony sea view, bathroom with double basins and shower, double bedroom with air conditioning, access to a panoramic terrace equipped with table and chairs, en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi. Air conditioning/heating in each room.
Outside villa: Large parking area, entrance garden sea view equipped with sun umbrella, small table and deck chairs. From the garden, by 15 steps, you will have access to the swimming pool area equipped with bathroom with shower, gazebo with table and chairs, small fridge, solarium with sun beds and outdoor shower.

Facilities: Panoramic entrance garden, parking, equipped patio, swimming pool, solarium, equipped gazebo, air conditioning/heating, pizza oven, barbecue, electric oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, washing machine, dishwasher.
