Half day Florence walking tour with guide

You will meet your guide at a place agreed and start the half day Florence walking tour from Pitti’s Palace, the last residence of the Medici family, while the Uffizi Gallery was the location for their private collections and the Vassari corridor their cat walk and connection between the two palaces. The road from Santa Maria Novella and Palazzo Strozzi will lead you to Signoria Square and its Palazzo Vecchio, the political headquarters of Florence, till today. From the Square we are headed towards Florence’s best-known symbol, "Ponte Vecchio" also known as "Ponte d’Oro" for the simple reason that it houses many amazingly exquisite jewellery shops full of precious jewels and gems. Continuing through the lovely lanes of this marvellous city, we will arrive at the Duomo, where you will be able to admire the “Cupola” created by the 'master' Brunelleschi and the famous Giotto’s Tower.
