Upon arrival, you will be met by Fausto and Susanna, the owners of the farm house, who will start a tour of the fantastic vineyards and olive groves surrounding the property. They will explain you a number of tecniques related to wine tasting and winemaking. Since ''there is no wine without food and no food without wine'', a selection of typical and traditional Tuscan canapes will be served to include bruschetta, crostini toscani, pecorino cheese, prosciutto toscano, olive and bread.
